Moroccan BBQ Night at Villa Maroc Resort, Pranburi
Villa Maroc Resort proudly presents “Moroccan BBQ Night”, a mouth-watering al fresco buffet available every last Saturday night of each month starting from July 31, 2010 onwards.
Come and enjoy a wide selection of succulent fresh seafood and Moroccan delicacies served in an enticingly Arabic ambience on Pranburi Beach. Selections at the seafood BBQ station include Grilled Sea Bass Fillet, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Grilled Blue Crab, Grilled Thai Mussels and much more; all served with a variety of seafood sauces, both Thai and Moroccan favorites. Tantalize your taste buds with famous Moroccan delicacies such as the Mezze Plate with fresh homemade pita bread and served with a variety of authentic Moroccan dips. Treat yourself to one of our traditional tagines, either the popular Chicken Tagine, a dish of chicken and black olives with preserved lemons, or try the Baked Stuffed Snapper Tagine served with rice, olives and a spicy Moroccan tomato sauce.
Thai favorites are also on offer, from the famous Tom Yum Talay, a spicy seafood soup with lemongrass, to Kaow Ob Sapparod, pineapple-baked fried rice with yellow curry prawns and so much more. Last but not least, a variety of delectable Moroccan desserts such as Muhallabia, a rose flavored rice pudding with rose petal candy, and the Arabic Pastry Plate await you. Villa Maroc Resort in Pranburi appoints General Manager
Bangkok, Thailand (July 25, 2009) Stefan Truebner has been appointed General Manager of Villa Maroc, Pranburi Beach. This new luxury resort on Pranburi beach has authentic Moroccan architectural design, making it the most distinctive destination and exotic resort along the pristine.
Mr. Truebner brings with him number of years of professional experience in the luxury hospitality industry and has worked in Thailand for many years including Novotel Phuket, Away Resort Koh Kood and Gajapuri Resort & Spa Koh Chang.
Mr. Truebner is speaking English, Portuguese, Russian and Thai besides his native German language.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Truebner worked as the General Manager for a luxury resort in Chiang Mai, Panviman Chiang Mai Spa Resort.
